However, your parcel may be subject to VAT, customs duties or other taxes, depending on the law regulations of the country in which you live.

IMPORTANT: These types of extra costs are to be covered by the customer.

If you are not sure whether you will be charged extra or not, please contact the Customs service of your country, and stay up to date on local laws regarding importation.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
If your order has a 'Confirmed' status, then the seller is already preparing it for shipment. We give sellers 3-5 days to send the parcel and provide us with a tracking number. If 5 days have already passed and the order is still in the 'Confirmed' status, please contact us for Customer Support to request a refund.

Note:Some orders may have increased fulfillment times - for example, orders made with Chinese merchants during the Chinese New Year. We thank you for your patience and will do our best to ship your items quickly as soon as it's possible.
